For all returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. RMAs can be requested by submitting a support case on our website or by contacting our Customer Service team by phone at (800) 338-6679 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the reason for the return request. We will promptly review the request and follow up with a response and/or an RMA number to authorize the return.
All claims for damaged product must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. When notifying United One Source, please note all damages on the Bill of Lading or the Packing Slip and include with your return request. A photograph of the damaged goods is required for all damaged merchandise claims.
For all non-damaged product returns, please submit a support case on our website or by contacting our Customer Service team by phone at (800) 338-6679 or by email at email@example.com. Be sure to include the reason for the return request. All requests for return are subject to final approval by United One Source and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the value of the returned Merchandise.
Stock items may be returned as long as they are in original packaging and in resalable condition. United One Source reserves the right to inspect all returned goods and make the final determination of product condition. A Credit will be authorized and issued after receipt and final inspection. Custom or non-stock special orders items will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Engineered products specifically designed for custom applications are not classified as standard and cannot be cancelled or returned for credit.
United One Source reserves the right to reject any and all returns that do not have a valid RMA number displayed on the Packing Slip, Bill of Lading, or Parcel shipping label.
Shipping charges for the return of Non-Damaged items will be at the buyer’s expense unless approved in advance by a representative of United One Source.
